Louisville Book Festival will be holding its first Festival on October 23-24, 2020. Our exhibitors are a vital part of the event and we hope you can join us.


In order to be an exhibitor at the Louisville Book Festival you must either sell books, book-related products, promote a literacy-oriented program, or art products. You must either be a book seller, publisher, related merchant, sponsor, or a non-profit organization focused on literacy or educational issues.


The Louisville Book Festival will be held inside at The Galt House Hotel, located in downtown Louisville on the waterfront.


Festival hours will be from 10:00am to 6:00pm each day. Exhibitor booths must remain in operation throughout these hours.

Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors who cancel will receive a refund, but will be charged a $75.00 fee if written notice is received by August 15, 2020. Cancellations made after August 15, 2020 will receive NO REFUND.

Set up & Registration

Special instructions will be sent out to exhibitors regarding registration and booth set up prior to the event.

The Louisville Book Festival has partnered with The Galt House. Additional booking information will be provided after you have registered as an exhibitor.
